How long does terrace waterproofing take?

A standard 1,000 sq ft terrace takes four to six working days: a day of preparation, two to three days building the membrane up in layers, then curing and the ponding test. If the old layers have to come off down to the slab, add a day or two.

How much does terrace waterproofing cost in Thane?

It depends on the area, the state of the slab and which system it needs, so nobody can honestly quote it over the phone. After a free inspection you get an itemised written quotation covering material, labour, area and stages, which you can compare line by line against anyone else’s.

Can terrace waterproofing be done during the monsoon?

A full membrane needs a dry substrate, so the main work waits for a dry spell. What we can do during the monsoon is stabilise the active leak with injection grouting or a rapid-set patch, and then schedule the proper system once the rain lets up.

Does the 10-year warranty cover re-application?

Yes. If the system we installed fails within the warranty period we come back and make it good at our cost. The warranty is a signed document, and you get it before work starts rather than after payment clears.
