Since 2008 we’ve worked for homeowners, housing societies and some of India’s biggest developers, on everything from a single bathroom in Thane West to mall podiums on the other side of the city.
Who we are
A trade business built on work that lasts
We’ve been waterproofing buildings out of Thane West since 2008. Most of what we do is terrace and bathroom waterproofing, basement tanking and wall seepage, along with chemical treatment, replastering and the civil work that often comes with it.
Anybody can buy a drum of coating and start calling themselves a waterproofing contractor, so we try to compete on the things a customer can actually check. That means a warranty you can read, brand names printed on the quotation, thermal scans of the leak before and after, and a crew that works for us rather than for a labour supplier we found last week.
It seems to work. Runwal Group, Raheja Group, R City Ghatkopar, R Mall Mulund, Infiniti Mall and Voltas keep calling us back, and most of our house and flat work still comes from someone telling their neighbour about us.

Four things you can hold us to
Everyone in this trade promises quality, so instead here are four things you can check for yourself before, during and after the job.
We put it in writing
The warranty, the scope, the materials and the price are all on paper before anybody opens a drum, because anything that isn’t written down isn’t really a commitment.
We work out the cause first
Thermal imaging and moisture meters are part of the free inspection, and we’d honestly rather lose the job than sell you a treatment your building doesn’t need.
Our own crew
The people on your terrace are trained by us and answerable to us, which is the reason the finish looks the same on every job we hand over.
Small jobs get the same treatment
One bathroom in Wagle Estate is done to the same method, and carries the same warranty, as a mall podium. Only the scale is different.
